چکیده
The L A T E X 2ε source file of this paper was produced by converting a ChiWriter 3.16 source file into ChiWriter 4.0 file and then converting the latter file into a L A T E X 2.09 source file, which was manually edited for correcting numerous errors and for improving the appearance of the text. As a result of this procedure, some errors in the text may exist. Abstract A review of the parallel transport (translation) in fibre bundles is presented. The connections between transports along paths and parallel transports in fibre bundles are examined. It is proved that the latter ones are special cases of the former.

We study gauge theories based on abelian p− forms on real compact hyperbolic manifolds. The tensor kernel trace formula and the spectral functions associated with free generalized gauge fields are analyzed.

This paper presents a coherence theorem for star-autonomous categories exactly analogous to Kelly’s and Mac Lane’s coherence theorem for symmetric monoidal closed categories. The proof of this theorem is based on a categorial cut-elimination result, which is presented in some detail. Mathematics Subject Classification (2000): 03F05, 03F52, 18D10, 18D15, 19D23

The compact Hausdorff space X has the CSWP if every subalgebra of C(X, C) which separates points and contains the constant functions is dense in C(X, C). W. Rudin showed that all scattered X have the CSWP. We describe a class of non-scattered X with the CSWP; by another result of Rudin, such X cannot be metrizable.
